I have a 5 CD music carousel on my stereo system. Sometimes I want to pause my selections to play PlayStation for about 30 minutes to an hour then continue from where I stopped it. Sometimes this applies to movie DVD’s also but not as often. I knew you could not do this with VHS tapes because you could burn the tape. Are there any harmful effects from pausing to long with digital disc?
